    Flat foiled fins break free sooner, and are better ay controlling speed. Often surfers prefer them in fast powerful surf where they do not need to create additional speed. If you have muscle memory from riding glass-ons, flat foiled fins will feel the closest.

  • The John John Grom model is a re-release of his Signature Skull fin from 2008, back when he had long blonde hair and weighed a hundred pounds.  The template is upright with a refined tip, providing a loose feel for the kids. The Honeycomb materials make it lightweight with a medium flex pattern, resulting a great all around ride for the next generation.

  • The AM2 Honeycomb, designed by Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a large size Balanced fin with a Ride Number of 4.6. Featuring a neutral flex pattern this fin is a more versatile option for bigger surfers in comparison to the Techflex model. The AM2 Honeycomb fin is designed to perform in a variety of conditions and features a smaller center fin for increased maneuverability.

     

    HONEYCOMB

    A lightweight hexagonal core gives these fins the feel of glass-ons. Engineered with a medium flex pattern, these are stiffer than Blackstix but more flexible than Fiberglass.
