This board has come from blending the best bits of the Missing Link and the Saving Grace, hence the name “The Blender”.
I designed it primarily for flatter slower waves, with faster hollow sections, just like the wave in Riyue Bay in Hainan Island Off southern China.
This board still has high performance features, but it is wider all over, with a more relaxed rocker. The bottom starts with a single concave in the nose, flowing straight into a subtle double concave through the centre rolling out into big rolled V inside the slight double, making this board a dream to surf on the nose and tail, it really feels like easy surfing. It turns with flow and speed and will glide through any fat section with ease, and on the nose it just locks in.
An easy board to surf suiting all abilities and all conditions upto 4-5ft.
I first rode this board in the 2015 WLT in China, and finished 3rd in the world. So I can assure you this board works!

These lightweight epoxy constructions are 100% hand layups, and begin with an EPS foam core with multi-component carbon fiber stringer system, for high performance flex and twist. Proprietary designs employing internal carbon fiber components are arrayed in the deck and rails for precise flex control and strength.
The core shield PVC shell provides flexible protection to increase the longevity of the boards without compromising flex and twist characteristics. With a substantial amount of carbon fiber and fiberglass in the deck, bottom, and rails, these boards will outperform and outlast traditionally constructed polyester comp boards.

Modern longboarding has a variety of skill and style that is hard to compare in any other sport. Depending on the surfer, or the wave, or the board, it can be a dance or a martial art. It can be light footed poise or powerful drive, straight line trim or vertical snaps, nose rides or carves. A true modern high performance longboard has to be capable of all of these things.
The Torq Don is such a design – stable on the nose, straight and fast through the middle and lively in the tail. But the added advantage of the Torq TEC construction; lightweight, strong and super responsive makes the wide repertoire of moves easier and more dynamic.
LONGBOARD LAY-UP
For lengths of 8'6 and over we have introduced a T-stringer and carbon stringer to the deck and bottom for a new level of torsional strength. The torq longboard technology is incredibly strong, light and responsive.
With 3 layers of glass on the deck and 2 layers on the base, these are super strong, light and feel fast under your feet.
