Overview

IS SIDEKICK DRY® 3L GEAR CASE WATERPROOF?
Yes. Just make sure that the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure is fully closed and free of any debris or obstructions. Anything obstructing the path of the magnetic closure will compromise its waterproof performance. For an additional line of defense, always engage the hook and loop closure.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SIDEKICK DRY® 3L GEAR CASE?

HOW DO I CLEAN THE SIDEKICK DRY® 3L GEAR CASE?
Use a mixture of mild dish soap and water. Use a cloth or a soft-bristle brush for stubborn dirt and grime. Rinse with fresh water, then dry the inside thoroughly before closing and storing.

WHAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYDAY CARE OF THE SIDEKICK DRY® 3L GEAR CASE?
Not much, just make sure that it’s completely dry, and that the hook-and-loop material and the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure are free of dirt and debris for maximum performance and durability.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
These coolers are engineered for portability. Ultimately it depends on how much you want to pack. For example, the insulated backpack cooler is ideal for unsteady terrain or getting there on bike.

IS IT EASY TO CLEAN?
Yes, use a mixture of mild dish soap and water with a gentle cloth for the interior, exterior, and zipper. Be sure to fully air dry before zipping closed and storing.

HOW LONG WILL IT KEEP ICE?
Our soft coolers provide serious cold-holding power. But since every adventure is different, we can't give an exact timeframe. If you want to maximise ice retention, check out our ice retention guide.

ARE THESE PERSONAL COOLERS DRY ICE COMPATIBLE?
No. The zipper is airtight and would not allow proper ventilation, which could cause the cooler to explode. Check out our Roadie® and Tundra® Hard Coolers if you need to use dry ice.

HOW MANY CANS WILL IT HOLD?
With an ice-to-contents ratio of at least 2:1: The Hopper Flip® 8 can hold eight cans, the Hopper Flip® 12 can hold 13 cans, and the Hopper Flip® 18 can hold 20 cans.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO APPLY THE ZIPPER LUBRICANT TO MY PERSONAL SOFT COOLER?
After cleaning and removing debris from your zipper, apply a thin layer of lubricant to the front and back surfaces of the top seal and adjoining teeth, then wipe away any excess product.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
The Hopper® Soft Cooler family comes with a three-year warranty.
