Orders $200 or more in value receive free shipping to all major centres!  This does not include large items such as small surfboards and luggage which have a shipping cost calculated at the Checkout. Rural delivery charges will apply to rural addresses.

Pick up/Click and Collect is free.

Big bulky items such as surf boards, roof boxes and SUPs shipping cost will be calculated in the checkout. Big bulky items will only be delivered to your closest Mainfreight depot you will get a call to pick it up when it arrives. Orders under $200 in value, will have a standard charge which will be calculated in the checkout.

International Shipping Our website is not currently set up to handle international orders. However we can still arrange this to be done. For a quote to ship internationaly please email info@theboardshop.co.nz  and include the address you would like it shipped to  and products you are after. We only ship small product internationally and will not ship large items like boards, chilly bins, luggage etc.

Please allow from 1 – 4 days to receive your order. We don’t deliver on public holidays and after 5.30pm as freight companies don’t operate at these times. 

Most orders received by 3pm in most cases will leave that day. At busy times and when special packaging is required it may leave the next day. We will always endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.

All orders are require a signature at delivery unless otherwise stated as authority to leave (ATL). If you think you may not be home please get your order delivered to your work place or somewhere you know it can be signed for. Please get in touch if you think your order has been lost.

Tracking number will be emailed to you wtih a conformation that it has been shipped.

Your parcel is insured while in transit and we do everything we can to make sure it is well wrapped. With surfboard and SUP orders we ask that you inspect the box thoroughly before signing for it. On the very rare occasion your box looks a bit suss (holes, scraps, damage) please take a couple of pics while the driver is still there. Then open the box and inspect the contents indicating any damage on the consignment note.

If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then The Boardshop will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.
