Yes, the SideKick Dry® 1L Gear Case has a 3-year warranty.

IS SIDEKICK DRY® 1L GEAR CASE WATERPROOF?

Yes. Just make sure that the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure and the hook and loop closures are fully closed and free of any debris or obstructions. Anything obstructing the path of the magnetic closure or hook and loop closure will compromise its waterproof performance.
