Is it actually a ceramic material?
The lining is easy to clean and scratch resistant, but unlike traditional ceramic it’s fused to 18/8 stainless steel. It’s tough enough to take a tumble, and the double-wall vacuum insulation keeps your drink hot or cold from the first sip to the last.

Can I use it for hot & cold drinks?
Yes, the double-wall vacuum insulation holds the cold on warm days and keeps the heat when the weather gets chilly. Keep in mind that using it for cold drinks immediately after a hot drink may affect its cold-holding performance, and vice versa.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. We recommend lids on the top rack, and gaskets and magnetic caps in the utensil's basket. Of course, you can always hand wash, but we know you're busy planning your next adventure.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, all Rambler® Drinkware comes with a five-year warranty.

How do I open the MagVent lid?
The MagVent Lid vents as it opens, which causes a hard stop to occur after the first quarter turn counterclockwise. To remove fully, just keep turning past this point until the lid comes off.

What types of liquids and food can be stored in the Rambler® Insulated Food Jars?
The Insulated Food Jars are designed to be used with all food and liquid types. However, do not use the Insulated Food Jar with carbonated, dairy, or fermenting food or beverages. Over time, these items can cause pressure to build inside the container. If pressure buildup occurs, the cap can be difficult to remove or forcefully eject and cause injury.

Can I put the Rambler® Insulated Food Jars in the microwave?
No. Since they are made with 18/8 kitchen grade stainless steel, they can not be used in the microwave, as fire or personal injury can occur.

Are the Rambler® Insulated Food Jars compatible with any other lids?
No, the Rambler® Insulated Food Jars were designed specifically for food contents and are only compatible with the MagVent lid.
