Does the Rambler Half Gallon Jug have any new features?

Yes, we added the BearFoot™ Non-Slip Ring to protect the jug and any surface it’s placed on. The new Glugger-Not™ Vent allows for smoother pours and keeps air flowing as contents are poured out.

Can I remove the BearFoot™ Non-Slip Ring?

No, it’s not removable.
 

Can I put the removable wedge in the dishwasher?

Yes, simply pull the wedge out from the lid, clean and dry before putting it back in.

Can I use the Rambler^® Jug Lid with the previous Rambler^® Jugs?

Yes, the new cap is compatible with all Rambler^® Jugs.
 

How much does it weigh?

The Rambler^® Half Gallon Jug weighs 3.9 lbs and the Rambler^® Gallon Jug weighs 4.7 lbs.

Will it fit in my cupholder?

No, these will not fit in your cupholders. Be sure to check out our other Rambler^® bottles, cups, mugs, and tumblers for sizes that are cupholder friendly.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, we recommend placing the cap on the top rack. Of course, you can always hand wash, but we know you're busy with your next adventure.

Will it keep the temp for both cold and hot drinks?
Yes, the double-wall vacuum insulation will keep cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. Do not use these jugs to store boiling contents or with contents above 185°F (85°C).

Can I use it for hot drinks?
Yes, please use caution when opening the lid if your jug is filled with a hot liquid. Always open on a flat surface. Use caution and test the temperature before drinking. Keep hot contents out of reach of children.

Can I use any cap with the Rambler^® Jugs?
No. Only the Rambler^® Jug Lid pairs with new and previous versions of the Rambler^® Jugs.

Can I put it in the microwave?
No, these are made with 18/8 kitchen grade stainless steel. Do not microwave. Fire or personal injury can occur.

Can I use it for food?
No, do not use the Rambler^® Jugs to store food or perishables. Over time, food can cause pressure to build inside the jug. The lid can become difficult to remove or it could come flying off and cause injury.

Is it leakproof?
Yes, the Rambler^® Jug is 100% leakproof.
