    The EA Blackstix, designed by Hawaiian shaper Eric Arakawa of Arakawa Designs, is a medium sized thruster in the Rake template category. The Blackstix construction and V2-Foil are ideal for generating speed in smaller waves. The Arakawa template features a slightly refined tip, making the EA Blackstix one of our most popular fins for medium sized surfers in softer conditions.

  • Futures Freestone Thruster Control

    The Futures Freestone Control fin is a large size Speed Controlling fin with a Ride Number of 3.3. Jack rides this fin when the conditions are punchy and he needs a little more stability. Controlling speed is the key to survival in heavier surf. They are built from solid fiberglass panels with foils that are precision cut by CNC, then hand finished to perfection.

    THRUSTER - LARGE

    Futures Ando Blackstix, designed by modern style guru Craig Anderson, is a large size Speed Generating fin with a Ride Number of 9.8. When tasked with the challenge of making Craig a signature fin we knew the speed generating characteristics of our Blackstix line would suit his effortless style perfectly. Carbon fiber in all the right places combined with our V2 foil allow him to easily create speed for big maneuvers on the face or in the air.

    BLACKSTIX

    Blackstix have a flexible Carbon Fiber tip that loads up and releases energy for generating speed when you need it. These are the lightest fins in the Futures line.

  • Futures Tomo Quad Fibreglass Fin

     

    The Tomo Quad, designed by Daniel Thompson of Tomo Surfboards, is a unique fin set-up designed around the El Tomo Fish model. With such a futuristic appearance, it’s no surprise these fins create the most speed and sharpest turns imaginable. The majority of the fin sits deep in the water, creating lift and acceleration.
