ELEMNT SCRAMBLED EGG - FCSII/CAMEL BROWN
“The Scrambled Egg has a constant curve extra wide outline shape, rocker is low through middle of board with late nose kick, with a very subtle single concave bottom contour starting from the nose and middle section, which feeds into a deep double concave and pronounced vee through the fin area.
This board will paddle very well and flow easily through turns. “

Half longboard, half cruiser; the Modern Love Child offers limitless options in the water. This surfboard paddles exceptionally well, has plenty of turning ability off the tail, and will adapt as the conditions and your approach changes.
Built using our XB (Epoxy Bamboo) construction which produces a light, extremely durable surfboard that’s particularly strong on the deck, and has beautiful aesthetic appeal.
OUTLINE: The longboard outline up front creates a huge stable zone under the front foot and chest, which is great for catching waves early and riding forward towards the nose. The tapered pintail keeps the board maneuverable and adds control in bigger, steeper waves.
ROCKER: The low rocker is designed to glide effortlessly into waves and maintain down-the-line speed and acceleration. Subtle lift in the tail rocker promotes smooth gliding turns on the face.
CONTOURS: Concave in the nose creates lift when standing forward. Pronounced vee-double concave starts under the front foot and runs all the way out the back maintaining ample maneuverability on an otherwise wide, higher volume board.
FIN: Three different fin configurations offer 3 types of performance. The single and 2 + 1 set-ups deliver a free-flowing ride while promoting longer lines. The quad offers a faster ride with tighter turning capacity.
Technical Information
XB, representing ‘Epoxy Bamboo’ is a multi-layered sandwich construction using epoxy resin, woven fiberglass and sheets of thin bamboo veneer wrapped around a high-density EPS core. This construction method produces a light, extremely reliable surfboard that’s particularly strong on the deck. The durability and strength of XB surfboards make them ideal for surfers who like to travel and newcomers to the sport. XB surfboards feel solid under your feet, offer a smooth free flowing ride and will maintain their appearance for many years.

This design is the first Nugget, Geoff McCoy shaped in 1994. Proven to be a very versatile performer in a wide range of wave conditions from 1ft to 8ft all around the surfing world; thicker wider and shorter with more volume and buoyancy than you have had before, easy to paddle and catch waves, easy to control, with more speed than you have had in years! When it starts to barrel, you will be laughing.”
Geoff McCoyFlax fibre cloth is an engineered reinforcement fabric made from the bast of the flax seed plant. While flax fibre is one of the oldest cultivated fibres for textiles, it is only recently that its use as a fibreglass substitute has been acheived. Incorporating flax fibre cloth in the lamination reduces the use of regular glass by 1/3rd and adds a great earthy look and more importantly helps lower our carbon footprint.

The manufacture of EPS foam does not involve the use of toxic isocyantes used in the production of regular surfboard blanks. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is light weight and has fantastic shock absorbing properties, making it ideal for surfboards. EPS foam has more buoyancy and flotation increasing paddling speed and maneuverability.

Creative Army Jumbo Jet SLX
Check out these real-life scenarios: You feel under volumed and the struggle of paddling is real. You catch the wave but the surfboard so unstable you can't get to your feet. Your home break is weak and small most of the time. You are a big human that can still surf really well but there's not a surfboard out there that has enough foam/volume for you. If you are relating to any of these scenarios then the Jumbo Jet is here to get you fully stoked.
The Jumbo Jet has a 2 + 1 fin set up that turns easily thanks to the smooth lines of the round tail. Complimented by a tucked edge in the tail and modern rocker the Jumbo Jet accommodates the surfer that wants to go down the line, hit the section, and move the board where ever it needs to go.
Throw in a little nose concave to help create lift for those heavier surfers allowing them to nose ride like a champ. The Jumbo Jet goes well in all conditions from small crappy beach breaks to beautiful points and steeper more challenging waves.
The shorter versions of the Jumbo Jet (7'2 and 8’0) will work a treat, they’re like the 'big guys' shortboard. These boards are for anyone that needs a little bit of help increasing their wave count. The extra volume allows you to paddle with ease, get in early, and give you more time to get to your feet. I'm so stoked on this board it's got my Dad back in the water in his Mid 60's after 10 years out due to injuries and it has got him frothing. Hope you get the same stoke.

Biaxial Fibre Glass has about half of its fibres aligned along the length of the cloth (0 degrees) and about half across the cloth (90 degrees) lending itself as a perfect option for creating a controlled flex pattern.Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is a version of polystyrene foam typically found in the core of Firewire surfboards. EPS is typically the lightest of the three foams used in surfboard construction resulting in a much lighter board translating to increased buoyancy and floatation. Basically the lowest density or lightest board will float you the best! The advantage of better buoyancy is added paddling speed and increased manoeuvrability allowing you to ride a smaller board. EPS foam core is also less likely to deteriorate over time!
Epoxy Resin is a healthier alternative to polyester as epoxy emits 50-75% fewer VOCs (volatile organic compounds) than polyester resin, which means a decrease in harmful chemicals in the shop and the environment in general. In fact, epoxy is a common household item, safe to use without a mask and with only moderate ventilation. Epoxy is lighter than polyester. Under most circumstances, resin makes up a large part of a completed board’s overall weight. Not only is epoxy lighter than polyester, but less is needed per coat. This ends up meaning a lighter surfboard – a big plus for most surfers. The biggest bonus However is the durability and strength of epoxy resin.
All XF boards are constructed using a 36gram EPS core with a high-grade timber stringer, each board is hand laminated using epoxy resign and biaxial fibreglass on the deck providing a lighter, stronger board that feels fast and responsive under your feet increasing performance in a wide variety of conditions!

TORQ Act Chopper - Black Rails /Brushed Gray
The Chopper is a versatile shape – it’s a cruisey ride when the conditions suit, but give it a big open face and it’ll fire on all cylinders.
We’ve updated the shape with more forward volume for a more flowy, forward trim style of surfing from the front half of the board but with slightly more flip in the tail rocker for tighter turns and aggressive surfing. This is a very user friendly board that suits small wave days and pumping days as well.
With a 2+1 fin set-up it can be ridden as anything from glidey single fin, 2+1 or thruster.

THE SCIENCE
Torq ACT surfboards are the world’s first EPS/Epoxy Pre-Preg surfboards. The technological advantages are immense, but the most significant advantage is 100% controlled process with ZERO surplus resin.
On any surfboard the resin’s function is to hold the fiber in place. It offers little structural integrity of it’s own, little flex and little impact strength. As a material without the fiber it is heavy and brittle. Any surplus resin is dead weight - resisting flex, adding weight.
With Pre-Preg process the perfect amount of resin is added to the cloth by machine, before the shaped blank is laid up - zero surplus, zero dead weight.
