The first FCS plug was patented shortly after the global release and it quickly became the world standard for removable fins. FCS Comb For Good Wax Comb
FCS wax combs are made with repurposed and recycled plastic, with profits from the sale of each wax comb going towards supporting ocean conservation charities such as the Gowings Whale Trust, whose mission is to preserve our oceans and the animals that inhabit them.
FCS Good Wax Comb
FCS has partnered with Malaysian company Heng Hiap Industries (HHI) who collect used ocean plastics and transforms them into manufacturable materials that are just as good as new. Instead of having a linear process where products get manufactured and then disposed, HHI operates in the closed-loop process of reusing, recycling, and reprocessing; creating a circular economy. They aim to recycle over 100,000 tonnes of plastic by 2025.
All proceeds from the sale of the FCS wax combs will be donated to the Gowings Whale Trust. Their mission is to increase people's awareness of the importance and value of the humpback whale, by partnering with like-minded organisations to protect and preserve our oceans and marine life.
