With a shape that’s more today than yesterday, Torq's modern “fish” design is built for speed. Excelling in chest to overhead high waves, it performs on those hollow, glassy days, yet enjoys mushy, sloppy and less than perfect conditions too. Softshell Construction

Boards with Soft Shell construction feature much more technology then the eye can see. They are a combination of materials designed to allow the board to perform to the highest levels given the constraints of the flexibility of the materials. All boards feature an integrated Fin System, 2 or 3 Wooden Stringers depending on the size of the board to ensure the board is stiff enough. A light weight EPS core combined with a PE foam layer on the deck and a High Density PE Slick that is mounted to a thin PE Foam layer on the bottom give the board an awesome feel in the water. Soft enough not to hurt should you fall on it but hard enough to handle the power of the waves.

Appealing to those who are looking for more volume and better glide than a funboard, but aren??t interested in a full-size longboard. Great performance in thigh-high to slightly over head-high waves, this board is a tremendous wave catcher.

A low entry rocker gets you moving and provides the glide needed on smaller, weaker days. We packaged just enough tail rocker to allow it to perform in quick beach breaks or as the surf increases.

CONSTRUCTION

A sled for any waves up to 4ft. Whether you are a Longboarder looking for a step down or a shortboarder looking for some extra volume for the smallest days, this board will make you stoked for even the weakest surf.

The shape is short and wide providing loads of planing area and with around 30% more volume than the Thruster, loads of float too. The rocker is flat for maximum speed and the foil carries out to the rail so you can power through turns without bogging the rail.

With 5 Futures fin boxes, the Summer 5 can be ridden as Quad or Thruster.
